DESCRIPTION:Sunday March 22 2026, 16:00 – 17:30u\nTHEREMeetINg: Thereminist meeting and concert in Amsterdam\nTHEREMeetINg is a re-occurring event held in the Netherlands, for theremin -players and lovers to meet up, share music, technologies and experiences .\nAt the end of our meeting we will have a concert, open for public.\nThis concert will start at 4 pm. Part of the concert will be a theremin & electronics improvisation by Yarre Stooker and Wilco Botermans, in hommage to Henk Brand, one of our beloved members who tragically passed away in 2024. Henk used to build his own synthesizers from scratch, based on pioneering designs, and he replicated several iconic theremins, including the Etherwave, Etherwave Pro and even Clara Rockmore’s theremin.\nOther participants will be Anne Magda de Geus, Carmen Nichting, Marielle Vaassen(Yeapystar) and special guest from Scotland Guillaume Subra.\nThis THEREMeetINg edition is hosted by Yarre Stooker, and will be held at\nLokaal 432, 1st floor, stairs hallway, Erich Salmonstraat\n
